I am pleasantly surprised at the speed of the reply! Here are the answers From Sheena's management regarding the 2nd series of questions. Again, we have to give Harriett a lot of credit for turning around the answers so quickly!! I believe if we send the questions every 3 or 4 weeks consistently we'll keep getting good answers and communication. Here goes: Q1) Is Sheena going back to Scotland to do any shows and when was the last time she was there. Does she carry dual citizenship or is she simply an American citizen now? >> A1) Sheena has no plans to go back to Scotland in the immediate future. She was last there about six years ago. She is an American citizen and carries dual passports. Q2) Considering Sheena is a new Mom, how has this affected her career choices and is she planning on doing a childrenAs album? I would imagine a relationship between her and Disney (Belle, in Beauty and the Beast would have been perfect) at this point in time would be a prefect marriage. >> A2) Being a new Mom has not affected Sheena's choices of what she does professionally as she takes the children and the nanny where ever she is working. She may at some point do a children's album. Q3) Her music appears to have come full circle as far as her collaborating with Chris O'Neil for "My Cherie", which is a throw-back to her wonderful earlier material. Does she plan to work with Greg Mathieson, or anyone else from earlier in her career. >> A3) There are no plans to work with Greg Mathieson. Q4) We all realize "No Sound But a Heart" wasn't released in the USA, but it did amazingly well in the markets it was released in considering there was little if no promotion for it. The premise of the album (an album comprised of only ballads and mid-tempo songs) was its' greatest selling point and probably ahead of itsA time considering it was released in 1987. Has Sheena thought about creating a similar album? >> A4) It always depends on the songs that she writes or gets from other song writers. Q5) Sheena did a newspaper interview with Vic Williams in March '96 where she was quoted as saying she was starting a childrenAs animated TV series. Can we get more information about this? >> A5) Sheena does many voices for childrens cartoons, at present she is working on a new show called Road Runners. Q6) Any news on East Coast concerts/appearances? >> A6) No. Q7) There has been news about a Sheena concert to be shot (or already shot) for PBS. Is this true? If so, what are possible air dates and is the concert specifically one by Sheena (what songs will she be doing) or is she one person performing within a group? >> A7) Sheena is appearing in a PBS special "A Salute to Les Brown", it is taping on May 10, 1996 at the Palladium in Los Angeles. Sheena will be singing three songs. Harriett does not know when the special is set to air. She will be happy to let us know as soon as she is advised. Q8) Do you know of a way to get a song Sheena collaborated on with Barry Manilow from the Pebble and the Penguin? >> A8) Harriett does not believe there was an album from the Pebble and the Penguin. Therefore there is no way to get the song.
