EASTON
SET FOR COMEBACK
Scottish pop star SHEENA EASTON is set for a return to the music charts after
establishing an acting career. The MODERN GIRL hitmaker has been absent from
the UK charts since 1989, and despite a few album releases since, has failed
to make a big impression on the music-buying public. However, Easton is busy
planning a big comeback - but she warns fans will have to wait till her two
adopted children JAKE, 11, and SKYLAR, 10, are a bit older. She says, "When
my kids are in college, maybe I'll drag my fishnets and high heels out and go,
'Wouldn't it be a blast to have a big album?'"
